Everyday Allah gives us opportunities to be better Muslims,

when we seize the opportunity he helps us.
Never let an opportunity to be better pass you by, it may be the final one.

{Did We not give you lives long enough, so that whosoever would receive admonition could receive it? And the warner came to you. So taste you (the evil of your deeds). For the wrong-doers there is no helper.} [Surat Fâtir 35:37].

Why I choose Herbalife ?
Written at Wednesday, 19 February 2014 | back to top

BISMILLAHIRAHMANIRRAHIM

Korang tak pelik ke macam mana saya boleh tiba-tiba nak pilih Herbalife as my one of favourite part time job ? Hehe. Tak kisah pun kalau tak pelik. Actually , dari dulu memang saya suka gila duit. I don’t know why. Tapi saya rasa best bila dapat bagi parent duit walaupun RM50 (wktu tu part time cikgu tuisyen). And rasa macam ketagih. Haha ( overnya ayat ketagih) Tapi betul , saya memang suka duit. Ada orang tak suka duit ke ? Tipu lah, semua pun suka duit. Haha. Tapi dulu-dulu taklah eager mana pun nak buat duit. Once kitorang ada usrah dengan beloved Kak Asna Hidayah , Kak Asna suruh kitorang list down apa yang kitorang nak jadi 7 years onward.
She said , she wanna have
  1.        asset 5 figures every month or more than that.
  2.        her own books.
  3.        married and have at least 4 kids.
  4.        Her own school ( madrasah Islamiyah for exact)
  5.        Sadaqah at least 4K every month

Ok , saya inspired gilaaaa. Waktu tu umur Kak Asna 20 y/o , so she wanna achieve all these within 7 years now on. Sapa tak nak jadi gitu beb. Kaya raya , at same time banyak sangat amal jariah. MashaAllah , nak macam tu jugak !! Tu baru namanya the making of next Siti Khadijah r.a J
So , start hari tu , saya pun tulis lah impian-impian saya. And of course I will not showing here. Tak surprise lah kan. But most of my dream is about MONEY  !

How you wanna build sekolah tahfiz without money ?
How you wanna get married without money ?
How you gonna raise your kids without money?
How you wanna helps people if you unable to helps yourself my dear ?

Erti Hidup Pada Memberi.

Yes , orang cakap “ toksahlah kaya sangat ni , cubalah hidup tu zuhud sikit”
Allahu Akbar ? Do you exactly know what zuhud means ?

K , cuba dengar..

Tapi kemana beliau menyalurkan hartanya ? Adakah untuk kepentingan peribadi atau ummah ?

Itu adalah WHY terbesar kenapa Muslim need to be rich. Because many people out there need us so much. Bukan tujuan nak jadi berlagak Muslim kaya. No ! Salah tu.  Muslim need to be rich because of other people Muslim who not able or don’t have chances like all of us.

Zuhud bukan beerti terus menghindarkan diri dari harta dunia. Tidak. It’s all about you. You decide how much money you  wanna earn ,what you gonna do with all the money and where the money will flow ? You decide.

Bila Muslim be a RICH MUKMIN. We have many CHOICES. We have so much options. InshaAllah , if you are kind hearted people , you will choose to earn more to helps more. J

He is one of the richest guy in Indonesia. Haji Othman ni berniaga kain. Sangat-sangat maju.  Dia berniaga dan terus berniaga. Harta dia banyak sangat.

“ Aku cintakan harta , aku tersangat cintakan harta”

orang yang bertanya tu pelik , macam mana orang yang baik and soleh macam Haji Othman ni boleh cakap dia cintakan harta ? Haji Othman cakap lagi

“ Aku kumpul harta dunia , aku bina harta dunia, InshaAllah , harta akhirat yang di bina di di dunia, maka harta itu akan kunikmati lagi di akhirat InshaAllah”

MashaAllah , ada betulnya apa Haji Othman tu cakap , dia bina sebanyak mungkin harta jariah yang dia mampu sepanjang hidup , InshaAllah , Allah akan memberi ganjaran harta akhirat pada dia J
So , salahkah menjadi Mukmin yang kaya ? (renung-renungkan )

Ok , back to my topic. Why I choose Herbalife.
Dalam Herbalife , pertama kali dalam hidup saya jumpa ramainya orang yang baik hati , humble at the same time they’re unimagineable rich !
They thought me to
“Helps people! it’s not about how much you earn , it’s all about how many people you help ? “

Dalam Herbalife saya jumpa bisnes yang sejujur-jujurnya. No wonder makin kaya orang Herbalife yang saya jumpa , makin happy and makin dekat dengan Allah. ( muslim lah) Makin kuat kepercayaan kami pada kuasa Allah. Makin positive makin sihat and masa yang berkualiti untuk ibadat. Yang non-muslim pulak , makin positif and makin ramai yang dekati Islam. MashaAllah.

Kaya itu bonus.

What most important is what I gained after be one of Herbalife member. What I become and what is my attitude.

Saya akui  , saya ego orangnya. Saya pentingkan nama. Saya pentingkan penghargaan manusia.
Once saya masuk Herbalife ( dengan Izin Allah) , saya sedar , nama pangkat tak bawa kemana andai hidup tak beri manfaat pada diri atau sesiapa. Kita semua kejar akhirat , bukan dunia.

If you be a doctor , and you proud of your title , it will go nowhere.
If you become a teacher , and you always complaining the burden of  being a teacher , how busy you are to handle kids. It will go nowhere.
If you become businessman , yet you always tell a lie , that your product will cure everything like magic , it will go nowhere.

Alhamdulillah , Herbalife not selling drugs. We distributes nutritious meal replacement. InshaAllah , if you eat good , you consumes goods , you will be good.

Alhamdulillah , after Herbalife I appreciate TIME , I appreciate money , I appreciate love around me.
I appreciate time with Allah. MashaAllah , saya tak pernah rasa tujuan solat sebelum ni. To be His beloved slave.  To helps people , I need Allah to helps me. I am nothing without Him.

It’s all about you.  You decide your own journey. We are not paid simply like that. We strives for it. We put our heart in each of our journey. We realized, nothing in this world simply came just like that. All things need effort.  We must face challenges, and we know it is not easy. But Alhamdulillah, it is amazingly WORTH IT !
I’m extremely proud of being somebody who helps other peoples.

Herbalife vision is CHANGING PEOPLE’S LIVES.

If you wanna go next level , helps more people. The more people you helps , the higher you will fly.
We don’t have a boss , because we are ourself’s boss !
Be your own boss J
Helps people , helps people , helps people.
The more you give , the more you earn. InshaAllah J

Herbalife Journey Part 1
Written at Tuesday, 11 February 2014 | back to top

Actually impian saya banyakkkk sangat-sangat. And most of my dreams need price to pay.
I hate to be parent's burden. Seriously ! saya tak suka sangat-sangat. Saya selalu menangis sorang-sorang bila tengok kakak2 saya bagi duit belanja kat parent. Jelousnyaaa. Diorang dapat bagi duit kat mama and baba. Aku ni asyik menghabiskan duit mama and baba je. Dah la belajar jauh.

So, automatic perasaan rendah diri and jadi sangat-sangat sensitif tu mula datang. I hate that feeling.

Then saya terus contact kakak sedara saya , Mardiati.

Saya mesej kat fb je, saya cakap , " Kakty , haziqqah nak join bisnes Herbalife lah. Macam best je ( sebab saya inspired gila dengan dia, baru umur 22 tahun dah dapat earn income average 8000++) belum habis degree tapi gaji yang Herbalife bayar dia more than Master's Holder k..just tolong orang sihat je dia dapat duit banyak tu.

Soalan pertama yang kakty tanya saya , tinggi haziqqah berapa, and berat berapa. Pehh, segannya nak cakap , tapi bagitau je , awal asasi berat saya 49kg, tapi dah nak habis asasi ni berat naik sampai 59kg. Pehh, 10kg naik makkauu..haha. Memang chubby gila muka, badan pun dah straight je , takde shape langsunggg..haha. Padahal tinggi 150cm je , so berat saya sepatutnya 47kg je tauuu..huhu.. kena turun berat more than 10kilosss. MashaAllah. Tapi memang betul pun , lifestyle kat asasi sangatlah pack. Pastu minum air nescafe and milo dalam tin tu boleh dikatakan hari-hari plak tu. Haish.

Bila timbang kat body scanner tu , nangissss . Sedih giler.

Berat : 59kg  sepatutnya 47kg T_T

Body fat : 35 kg
Muscle : 32kg
Bone mass : 2.1kg
Body water : 45%
Body age : 30 tahun
Visceral fat : 9

Ya Allah , teruknyaaaa badan saya. Memang betul-betul rasa menzalimi diri..

Ok , let me explain satu persatu.

Body fat

Body fat adalah lemak bawah kulit. Contohnya macam kat lengan , peha , punggung , and perut. Kesan body fat yang banyak adalah badan jad besar , cepat penat and low self esteem. Sebab tu, ada orang badan dia ringan je , tapi still nampak chubby sesangat.

Itulah salah satu fungsi otot. Bakar lemak..hehe..

Dulu saya fokus untuk turun berat je tau. Saya tak amik kisah pun pasal berat otot ke berat lemak ke, janji berat turun. Uish , salah tuu. Sebab tu lah masa bulan Ramadhan , beria-ria nak amik kesempatan turunkan berat. Yes , memang berat turun pun masa bulan Ramadhan , pastu lepas raya terus naik mendadak kan ? sebab , berat yang hilang tu bukannya berat lemak , tapi berat otot atau air.
So , badan still nampak gemuk walaupun dah ringan.

Bila kita puasa and tak makan nutritious food , badan kita tak tahu nak cari tenaga kat mana, so badan kita akan gain energy daripada otot-otot kita tau. So bila otot kita mengecut , of course lah berat kita turun. Tapi badan tak jugak kecik-kecik. Bila dah start makan macam biasa , terus naik mendadak, sebab apa ? Sebab , agen yang tolong bakar lemak tu dah tinggal sikit , bila dah takde agen tolong bakar lemak , metabolic kita pun menurun , tu sebab makan sikit je badan terus gemuk mendadak. Sebab , kurang muscle !!

Think Fat Loss , not weight loss !

Try tengok gambar bawah ni , berat sama , tapi physical berbeza kan ?

Macam tulah badan kita, memang lah macam ringan je , tapi sebenarnya lemak mashaAllah banyak , muka pun nampak gemuk jer. Ada orang berat 60kg , gemuuk sangat. Ada orang berat sama jugak , nampak kurus and fit sangat. :)

Ha, nilah yang saya cakap tu. Berat sama , tapi bentuk lain. Hehe. So nak yang mana ? Weight loss ke fat loss ? ;)

Body water

Takde istilah gemuk air disebabkan air masak. Maka sayangilah badan kita. Minum air banyak-banyak. At least 3 Liter air masak sehari. Air masak 0 kalori , minum banyak pun tak gemuk punya. Percayalah :) hehe

Body age

Kenapa nak 18? Haa, bagus soalan tu. Semakin muda usia badan, semakin cekap pelaksanaan tugas dan semakin sihat tubuh badan. Sebab , kita nak laksanakan tanggungjawab sebaik yang mungkin. Taknaklah baru 20 tahun , tapi baru buat kerja sikit dah penat.

Umpama 'time bomb' . Visceral fat yang banyak di
jantung = sakit jantung, stress, migrain, stroke
paru-paru = asma, susah bernafas
pankreas = diabetes

Besarkan gambar yer.

Kita memang tak nampak visceral fat ni melainkan kita buat inner body scan. Visceral fat yang bagus adalah 1-3 lapisan sahaja. So siapa-siapa yang tak tahu tu boleh pergi scan yer :)

So kakty kata , "kalau haziqqah nak business haziqah kena consume produk dulu , dapatkan result means turunkan berat and jadi sihat , baru boleh bisnes, nak start bisnes terus pun boleh gak. Tapi kita ni bukannya jurujual , beli produk and jual kat orang macam tu je. Sedangkan diri sendiri tak makan produk . Tak boleh macam tu. Herbalife takde jurujual, Herbalife ada wellness coach je. "

Pulak dah. Saya ni bersenam pun malas, nak jadi wellness coach. Haha. Pastu kakty cakap, takpe , kalau tak tahu ubatnya belajar :) Haziqqah masuk weight loss challenge nak tak ? Kalau menang dapat RM 1000. Wow ! Bestnyer, so tak fikir apa, terus jumpa kakty kat melaka then start makan herbalife.
Then , saya attend my first STS ( success training seminar Herbalife) , seriously , amazing sangat-sangat. Saya jumpa ramaiii sangat orang berjaya and sihat-sihat belaka ( bukan sihat = gemuk yer. Ni yang betul2 sihat and fit + cantik sangat2) . Kat situ lah saya mula tanam impian nak jadi orang yang kayaaa. Sebab dalam Herbalife , once you jadi kaya, attitude you automatic jadi humbllllle sangat-sangat. Tak tahu kenapa, memang resmi orang Herbalife macam tu kot. Yang paling kaya tu lah yang paling sabar + pemurah + matang + humble + akhlak memang superb. MashaAllah.

Alhamdulillah , within 1 month saya loss 9kilo. Lepastu tekanan darah rendah dah takde. Badan reshape. Period pain pun dah takde. Badan pun rasa ringan je. Then saya pergi buat medical check up. Before makan Herbalife , doctor cakap inner body saya tak ok. Plus, tekanan darah rendah pulak tu. Toksin dalam badan pun banyak. Ya Allah, sedih.
Alhamdulillah , after consumed herbalife, semuaaa improve. Doktor sendiri puji sebab saya makan produk yang bagus. Sebab , doktor tu cakap herbalife memang tak jual ubat, Herbalife jual makanan je..hehehe. Herbalife tak jual ubat k , Herbalife just makanan gantian yang kaya nutrisi. Herbalife nutrition repair cell-cell kita yang tak berapa ok tu jadi ok balik. So logik lah kan , bila semua cells dalam badan u tip top, metabolik badan pun ok , semuaaa masalah improve, badan pun jadi sihat bonus kurus jugak :)

Saya boleh umpamakan Herbalife ni ibarat baja pokok. Baja tak cantikkan luaran pokok semata-mata. Baja repair balik akar akar pokok tu jadi excellence, bila akar dah sihat secara tak langsung ranting tumbuh kuat , daun tumbuh hijau , buahnya pun jadi sangat-sangat berkhasiat :)

Overcoming Anger Towards Allah
Written at Tuesday, 3 December 2013 | back to top

Selamat membaca :)

original sources : http://muslimmatters.org/2013/06/28/overcoming-anger-towards-allah/
People respond differently to crisis. During troubled times, it is natural to be sad and exasperated be it the death of a loved one, being diagnosed with serious illness, trauma, natural disasters or any negative events. Some people become angry, and even turn that anger towards God. After blaming other people, themselves, and fate, they eventually blame Allāh.
“It just doesn't make sense. Why is Allāh doing this to me? How can Allāh allow this to happen? Haven't I done enough? I did everything because of Him but this is what I get. Do I deserve this?”
Yes, it is frustrating when you don't have all the answers. When things are difficult and out of our control, it is easy to snap. You yearn for the situation in which everything is secure, safe, and predictable. The relationship with God that you used to cherish does not seem comforting anymore.  You feel betrayed, abandoned and mistreated. You stop going to the mosque. You feel like your belief has shattered. You resent religious advice. Whether you are praying to Allāh or not, it does not seem to have any difference. You feel like the world has conspired against you and hold Allāh responsible for that harm, temporarily blind to the reality that afflictions and calamities befall everybody, even the prophets and messengers.
The Prophet Muḥammad (allallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam) was asked, “O Messenger of Allāh, which of the people are the most sorely tested?” He said: “The Prophets, then those similar, then those similar. A man will be tested in accordance with his level of faith. If his faith is strong, he will be tested more severely, and if his faith is weak, he will be tested in accordance with his faith. Calamity will keep befalling a person until he walks on the earth with no sin on him” (1).
If you are struggling with this anger, you are not alone.  Many people experience similar struggles. Rather than pulling away or trying to cover up the negative feelings, dealing with the issue in an open and honest way is more helpful in the long term. It may not be serious if you just have a flash of anger towards Allāh, and then the coping mechanisms kick in. However, if you have trouble minimizing the anger, you may need to seek help. Research has shown that anger towards God is associated with poor adjustment to bereavement, particularly when the anger remained unresolved over a 1-year period (2). In addition, all these may lead to depression, withdrawal, and a dangerous drop in religious faith.
Below is some advice that might be useful in dealing with this matter:
1. Be honest to yourself
The first part of healing is admitting that you have a problem. Admit that you are angry if even you feel ashamed and guilty by it. We can never fix the annoying aspects of our characteristics if we do not acknowledge the problem.
2. Crush the pride and be humble
Humility is not a weakness. Admit that you are powerless, not everything is manageable and there are times when you need to give up being in control. The trial that you are facing is not an indicator that Allāh's plan is a mistake, but rather it is the greatest evidence that Allāh is the one at work, not you. Allāh emphasizes this in the Qurʾān:
53:24
53:25
“Or shall man have what he wishes?
But to Allāh belongs the last (Hereafter) and the first (the world).” (Sūrat'l-Najm: 24-25)
 3. Be vulnerable to Allāh and make du'ā'
Al-Khaṭṭābi explains excellently the functions of du'ā': “The meaning of du'ā' is the servant's asking his Lord for His help, and asking His continuous support. Its essence is that a person shows his reliance and need to Allāh, and frees himself from any power or ability to change (any matter by himself). This characteristic is the mark of servitude, and in it is the human submissiveness” (3).
With that being said, keep praying and maintaining a religious environment even when you do not feel like it. Do not be arrogant. Even when you are angry, force yourself to turn back to Allāh and complain your grievances to Him. The prophets have shown us perfect examples of how they turned to Allāh during severe circumstances and showed their need of His aid:
When Prophet Ayyūb's ('alayhi'l-salām) family and wealth was taken away from him on top of his suffering from an awful disease, he called to Allāh:
21:83
“Verily, adversity has afflicted me, and You are the Most Merciful of all those who are merciful.” (Sūrat'l-Anbiyā': 83)

After Prophet Mūsa ('alayhi'l-salām) escaped from Egypt to avoid being killed, he arrived all alone in Madyan, he prayed to Allāh:
28:24
“O my Lord! Verily, I am needy to whatever good that you send down to me.” (Sūrat'l-Qaa: 24)

When Prophet Ya'qub was grieving over the fate of Yusuf and Benyamin, he cried:
12:86
“Verily, I only complain of my grief and sorrow to Allāh!” (Sūrat'l-Yūsuf: 86)

Rather than being angry and cutting yourself off from Allāh, turning to Allāh actually relieves the distress. In fact, human beings are wired to be this way.
Neuropsychological research has found that greater religious conviction is associated with reduced activity in the Anterior Cingulate Cortex (ACC), a part of the brain system that serves to regulate both cognitive and emotional processing. It suggests that religious conviction buffers against anxiety by successfully accommodating experience and focusing thought and perception away from anxiety-inducing events (4), meaning that people who pray during times of distress often cope better with affliction than those who don't turn to God. Surveys also have found that prayer was the most highly endorsed strategy for managing conflicts with God (5).
Furthermore, besides serving as a coping mechanism and as a method to seek help from Allāh so that the current misfortune is lifted, du'ā' is the only act that can change Allāh's decree. With Allāh's will, du'ā' can repel a future affliction that might fall onto a person.
Rasūlullāh (allallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam) said, “Caution will not be any benefit against predestination, but du'ā' benefits (matters) that have occurred and that are (yet) to occur. And indeed, du'ā' meets with a calamity, and fights it until the Day of Judgment” (6).
Abu Hurairah (rayAllāhu 'anhu) also reported that Rasūlullāh (allallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam) used to seek refuge from the evil of destiny, from falling into calamity, from the mockery of enemies and from the hardship of misery (7).
Hence, we should not underestimate the importance and necessity of making du'ā'. Instead, we should always sincerely ask Him to lift and remove any afflictions that have befallen or might befall us.
4. Re-evaluate your purpose of worship
Keep in mind that we don't become religious and righteous to be immune from calamities. Our obedience to Allāh is not a bribe for Him to give us something in return or spare us from trials. Allāh says in the Qurʾān:
22:11
There are among men some who serve Allāh, as it were, on the verge: if good befalls them, they are, therewith, well content; but if a trial comes to them, they turn on their faces: they lose both this world and the Hereafter. That is the evident loss. (Sūrat'l- ajj: 11)

The majority of the mufāsirūn said that عَلَى حَرْف (on the verge) means 'in doubt'. As if a person who is standing on the edge of a mountain, a person who worships Allāh on the verge is unstable, flustered, weak and doubtful.  Some mufāsirūn said that it means 'with condition', i.e a person will continue worshipping Allāh if he acquires good, but he turns back to disbelief when he is afflicted with things he dislikes (8). Ibn Abbās explained this situation further in regard to people who came to Madīnahto declare themselves as Muslims. He said:
“One of them would come to Madīnah, which was a land that was infected with a contagious disease. If he remained healthy there, and his mare foaled and his wife gave birth to a boy, he would be content, and would say, `I have not experienced anything but good since I started to follow this religion.” But if a fitnah (affliction) strikes him (i.e. the disease of Madīnah befalls him, and his wife gives birth to a baby girl and charity is delayed in coming to him), the Shayān comes to him and says: 'By Allāh, since you started to follow this religion of yours, you have experienced nothing but bad things', and this is the fitnah” (9).
5. Move on
Dealing with anger towards Allāh cannot erase the sorrow, but by coping with it appropriately, it can lead to growth in faith and a closer relationship with Allāh. Transforming the anger into compassion and contentment is an empowerment. Trials are meant to increase our resilience, and a strong believer is better and more beloved to Allāh than a weak believer, even though there is goodness in both (10).
Life is beyond the Law of Attraction. Allāh has already written our story and the plots in our lives. But that does not mean we will like it. That is why īmān is extremely vital to hold on to. So what is īmān? Jibril asked this question to Rasulullah(allallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam)  when he came in the form of a man to teach the companions about religion. And he said, “That you affirm Allāh, His angels, His books, His messengers, and the Last Day, and that you affirm the Decree, the good of it and the bad of it” (11).
